Jason C. Brown is the owner of Kettlebell Athletics & Cross Fit Philly. He is also one of the creators of this training program. I was really surprised when I found out that you shouldn't use squat to improve your jumping skills. That was one of the mistakes I had made before I bought this program and started to train correctly. My previous trainer always told me "wanna jump high, use the squat". But squat made my knees hurtful.
He will teach you what kind of strength you should improve in order to jump higher. You will also find out how to increase motor unit recruitment. And also, he will answer the question whether or not you should do static stretching. And of course you will get a training plan designed by him.
