The ability to jump high vertically is very important in many sports, for example in basketball and volleyball. This is also the main reason why many people want to practice this useful skills. I also wanted to be a better jumper and I wanted to do it fast. I surfed the Internet and found a very good training material. It took me only 8 weeks to improve my jumping skills! This training material consists of almost 500 pages and 7 hours of audio. 18 experienced couches share their knowledge and help you to jump higher fast. You are going to learn from the experts like Jason C. Brown, John Izzo, Jon Hinds, Dave Schmitz, Elliot Hulse, Virgil Aponte, Steve Cotter, Jimmy Smith, Lee Taft, Burke Spencer, Gray Cook, Dr. Rudy Gerhman, Brett Jones, Mike Robertson, Dave Depew, Kelly Bagget, Mike Mahon and Luke Lowery. What I liked the most about this training program was that it was very cheap and also that a wide variety of sports were represented. Luckily, this material was so deliberated that I didn't even have to be worried about hurting my knees and joints during the 8 weeks of training. Part 1 - Jason C. Brown
Jason C. Brown is the owner of Kettlebell Athletics & Cross Fit Philly. He is also one of the creators of this training program. I was really surprised when I found out that you shouldn't use squat to improve your jumping skills. That was one of the mistakes I had made before I bought this program and started to train correctly. My previous trainer always told me "wanna jump high, use the squat". But squat made my knees hurtful.
He will teach you what kind of strength you should improve in order to jump higher. You will also find out how to increase motor unit recruitment. And also, he will answer the question whether or not you should do static stretching. And of course you will get a training plan designed by him.
